Neal is a trained precision technician with over 40 years of experience. He owned and ran his own service business for 20 years.  For the last 18 years, he has worked in the survey field, doing repairs and providing exceptional customer service.  Neal took over as North Austin Store Manager after the retirement of Bob Miller and the relocation of the store from the long-time location on Metric Blvd to the current location 3 blocks away on Rutland Lane.
